SMS Terms and Conditions

Use of the Longview Dental text messaging services, referred to as the Messaging Service, is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Longview Dental. Please read them carefully.

Longview Dental provides several opportunities for you to opt in to SMS services, including entering your phone number on a form. When you sign up for the Messaging Service, you agree to receive the following types of SMS communications from us:

Appointment reminders and scheduling
Follow-up care
Billing updates
Marketing communications

You can cancel the Messaging Service at any time by texting "STOP" to us. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the Messaging Service, you may sign up again as you did initially or reply "START," and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you forget which keywords are supported, simply text "HELP" to us. After you send the message "HELP," we will respond with instructions on how to use the Messaging Service and how to unsubscribe.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by us and messages you send to us. Longview Dental is not responsible for the cost of any such messages. Message frequency may vary. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about your text messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you receive through the Messaging Service. You agree that Longview Dental will not be liable if an unauthorized person gains access to messages received through the Messaging Service.

You understand that you are not required to consent to the Messaging Service in order to receive other services from Longview Dental.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing your mobile phone number when you opt in to the Messaging Service, you authorize Longview Dental to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system, an automated device, or other computer-assisted technology as applicable.
